About us

Christina Gibbs is a local girl who started her working life teaching ballet, she trained as a Royal Academy of Dance teacher and has worked with renowned ballet teachers Suzie Rack, Susan Kirby and Andrea Rowsell. With her students consistently scoring ‘Honours’ and ‘Highly Commended’ scores for their exams Christina was later invited to work at Helena Bryce Academy of Dance in Bondi, where she continued to develop her teaching skills. Having worked in a dance environment, Christina understands what is required for the body to perform optimally and appreciates the importance of injury management and prevention; whether it be strains or sprains she knows what’s needed to return to a pain-free, active life. Christina’s ballet background has also given her a sharp eye for posture, alignment and a thorough understanding of muscle/joint function.

After receiving a life changing treatment from a PKP Kinesiologist, Christina’s eyes were opened to the benefits of a wholistic approach to good health. “I had been feeling unwell for some time and knew something wasn’t right, there was a constant feeling of exhaustion and anxiety, the health advice I was getting wasn’t helping”. However, it was a Kinesiologist that identified the symptoms as Adrenaline Fatigue and improvements, such as better sleep were obvious following the first session. After getting such a good result for her own health, Christina began training in the world’s premier style of Kinesiology, PKP so that she can share this incredible healing modality with the people of the Mid North Coast.

Christina has an array of skills to help you with your health and has been trained by some of Australia’s most highly regarded therapists. Christina has studied at the Craniosacral Academy of Australia with Patricia Farnsworth and undertakes regular PKP Kinesiology training with Katha Jones and Parijat Wismer. The NSW School of Massage is where she studied Remedial Massage.

Christina enjoys seeing clients reach their personal health goals and has collaborative referral relationships with a variety of local health professional’s such as Sports Podiatrists, Chiropractors, Naturopaths, Exercise Physiologists and Oncology Massage specialists.
